If you need help right now, you do not have to wait.Call Samaritans on 116 123

We are not the only door, and we are not the rightone for everything.

A Place Called Here is peer support. Sometimes what you need is a clinician, a one to one counsellor, or somebody on the end of a phone at three in the morning. Here is where to find them.

You do not have to wait for a Wednesday.

A Place Called Here is a peer support group. We are not a clinical or emergency service, and we are not trained counsellors. If you are in crisis, or you are worried that you might harm yourself, please use one of these. They are free, and someone is there.
